A. Calendars created from customer's vector images or photos will only be replaced if they were damaged during the shipment to customer.  Because it is a custom product, we reserve the right to allow replacements based upon our discretion. All Calendars must be promptly inspected by Buyer. Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by Buyer in writing no later than ten calendar days after pick-up or delivery.

B. For all other Calendars: Calendars must be promptly inspected by Buyer. Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by Buyer in writing no later than ten calendar days after pick-up or delivery. Undamaged Calendars may be returned for a refund no later than ten calendar days after pick-up or delivery. Calendars cannot be returned for a refund if the backing material has been removed or tampered with. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

C. For the Old School House Calendars there will be a $35 restocking fee and will only except returns made no later than ten calendar days after pick-up or delivery.
